Premium Pre Owned Phones/ Just like Brand New Phones (12 months warranty)

We inspect all our devices before sale and make sure that all devices are min grade of A+  (Very Good), scratches free, dents free and have no marks on the screen and casing. We test all our devices and make sure that they are 100% functional. Batteries are tested to be above 80% for our "Very Good" phones and 100% for our "Excellent phones.

We recommend our customers to buy ‘Excellent’ condition smartphones which have not been used before, come with 100% battery, and do not show any signs of usage. They are little bit more expensive than our "Very Good" condition smartphones, but as we say ‘they are just like brand new’
We encourage all our customers to inspect and test their devices at the time of purchase.

Please note that we will not cover any Very Good or Excellent condition Phones under warranty if we find any damage or distress i.e. scratches, dents, cracks, broken parts or any other kind of physical damage to the device. Please check front, back, and sides of your phone to make sure there is not any kind of marks, scratches, dents or damage on phone before bringing or sending the phone to us for warranty repair.

B-Stock Phones (6 months warranty)

This grade may show signs of usage such as scratches on screen or small dents on casing. These devices are fully tested and come with 12 months warranty. They come with battery design capacity of 70%-100%.
Some of these devices may have been refurbished using high quality parts, therefore, could show a message to state “battery or display cannot be verified as original”
This will not effect the overall performance of the device.

Our warranty covers all manufacturing faults, not self-inflicted damage or distress to the device. Accidental damage voids all warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage. etc. for example if the screen is broken but the device is not charging or signal is low, device will not be covered as this is physical damage to the device which could be caused by distress.

Our warranty covers a defective battery, not everyday usage of the battery where the cycles will decrease over time. Sometimes in this case, we will need to take the device into our lab for testing for up to 24 hours to test if the battery is defective or if it is down to general usage. Batteries for B-Stock phones are covered for 6 months whereas ‘Very Good’ and ‘Excellent’ batteries are covered for 1 year.

Any repair carried out by a third party voids the warranty!
