Refund Policy for Cian's Tech World

At Cian's Tech World, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for products purchased from our store, in compliance with Irish law. 

 

1. Refunds for Defective Products:

  • If a product is found to be defective or not as described, you have the right to request a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories and must have not been opened or for pre-owned devices turned on or activated.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Cian's Tech World.
  • You can cancel up to 14 days from when you take physical possession of the goods. You must inform Cian's Tech World within those 14 days that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us in an unused / unopened state to get your refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

2. Store Credit:

  • All refunds will be provided as store credit. This store credit can be used to purchase any item in-store at Cian's Tech World only.
  • Store credit will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and after it has been inspected for eligibility.

3. Change of Mind:

  • Cian's Tech World does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. We recommend that you carefully consider your purchase before completing your transaction.

4. Exclusions:

  • Certain items may be excluded from our refund policy, including but not limited to:
    • Opened software or digital content that has been downloaded.
    • Accessories that are not in their original packaging.
    • Screen protectors or accessories installed onto a device been returned.
    • Any setup or labour fee’s.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy:

  • Cian's Tech World reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted in our store and will take effect immediately.
